Our range of automatic Vertical Form, Fill and Seal machines covers the following two main models:-

ULTRA B3 / 200 - 300 and 400 Machines:-
Automatic Vertical Form, Fill and seal machines for pouches (pillow pack type). The size range goes up to a pack width of 400mm and a pack length of 600mm. This range of machines could be used for packing detergent powders in sizes from 50gm to 4.5kg. The machine could be equipped to use heat seal laminates or film and/or thermoplastic films such as unsupported polyethylene.
The machine can also be equipped to produce standard pillow pack type, gusted packs and packs with block bottom. Large size packs could be produced with a cut carry handle.

S500 and S500T Machines:-
Automatic Vertical Form, Fill and Seal machines for producing four sides sealed sachets from reels of heat seal laminates in multi lanes operation (up to 6 lanes depending on the sachet width). This model could be used for packing liquid detergent in sachets of capacity from 5ml to 100ml. It could also be used for shampoo, paste or cream sachets.
The version S500T machine is for producing impregnated tissue sachets such as refreshing tissues, wipes or pre-injection swaps.

I. Products to be packed on our machines
Our range is vertical form fill and seal machine usually referred as V.F.F.S. machines.
These machines are usually used for products that can only be fed and dosed inside the pack vertically. These products are classified into four (4) main categories:

Granular Products:
Such as dry seeds,  crystal sugar, peanuts, coffee beans... etc.  These   products  have  uniform  piece  shape  and uniform specific density. i.e. If you fill a cup with any of these products several times, the weight of the cup fill is always the same each time.

Powder Products:
Such as flour, ground coffee, ground spices, chocolate drinks, milk powder...etc.
All these products are usually dusty when they are left to fall free under gravity.

Liquids:
Such as water, mustard, salad dressing, ketchup, shampoo, bath foam, liquid detergent...etc.
All these liquid products are NOT very viscous.

Creams:
Such as toothpaste, cosmetic creams, tomato paste...etc.
All these products are creams, pastes and liquids but have a high viscosity.

Solid Products of Irregular Shape:
Such as pasta, wrapped candy pieces, wrapped toffee, snacks...etc.

II. Pack type
There are two main pack types that our machines can do.

A- Four Sides Sealed (Sachets):
This is made on machine model S500 the pack size range is:
Width : Min. 30 mm. / Max. 250 mm.
Length: Min 30 mm. / Max. 250 mm.

Usually this pack type is used for:

Granules products:
Sugar, salt, pepper, coffee creamer, instant coffee...etc.
Range of products weight(s) from 0.5 gm to 7 gms.
Other pack weights could be used for special application.

Powder Products:
Such as baking powder, vanilla powder, pudding powder...etc.
Range of product weight in the sachets is from 3 gms to 100 gms.

Liquids & Creams:
Usually used for single use sachets of shampoo, ketchup, mustard, liquid detergent...etc.
Range of product capacity in the sachets from 5 ml. to 100 ml.

B- Three sides sealed packs (Pillow-packs):

Standard pillow-pack.
Pillow-pack with gust.
Pillow-pack, with block-bottom.
Pillow-pack by rect. collar \ tube and block bottom.
Pillow-pack by rect. collar \ tube with offset long seal & sealed corners.
Pyramid shape pack.

These pack styles are made on ULTRA B3/ 200-300 & 400 range.
Usually this pack style is used for products pack weights ranging from 25 gms to 5 kgs such as peanut, coffee, snacks rice, sugar, salt, powder detergent...etc.
